Our retreats combine evidence-based intensive psychological therapy and coaching, with holistic treatments, creative experiences, yoga, massage, luxury facials, transport, a stay in a stunning villa, all meals and drinks, and caring on-site support throughout your time with us.

The prices shown here have been fixed for the upcoming retreat. For bookings made before the end of May, there is also an early booking discount of up to 10 percent. We have given you a range of stay options to suit your budget so take a look at all three options.

We have created a range of packages to suit different preferences and ways of attending. If you are travelling alone, you may choose the privacy of your own room or the comfort of a shared room. Every option offers the same sense of luxury, space, and thoughtful care. If you are joining us as a team, we would be happy to discuss tailored pricing and accommodation arrangements. We also offer a non-residential option for those who live nearby and would prefer to experience the retreat from home.

Option 1: Full package - single occupier room

Six days, five nights executive full board accommodation, with single occupancy (own room and en-suite facilities), includes transport from and to Malaga airport or locally (limits apply), full board accommodation including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, teas and soft drinks in own room with en-suite facilities. The full use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and grounds.

Full psychological package as outlined including individual life mapping, intensive EMDR and psychoeducation work on emotions, cognitions and positive psychology. One luxury facial, one full body massage, daily yoga teaching and practice, and a range of daily holistic events including physical and somatic work.

Fee

The total cost is £3500 (excluding flights) - €4025.

Deposit

A deposit of £1500 (€1725) is required on booking. This will secure your place but also entitle you to an online individual session before the retreat for assessment, and life mapping which is an essential element of the psychological work for the retreat.

Option 2: Full package - shared room

Six days, five nights executive full board accommodation, with joint occupancy (sharing a room and en-suite facilities with one other person), includes transport from and to Malaga airport or locally (limits apply), full board accommodation including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, teas and soft drinks in own room with en-suite facilities. The full use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and grounds.

Fee

The total cost is £2750 (excluding flights) - €3162.

Deposit

Option 3: Full package - own accommodation

For those living in around Nerja, Spain, or for those wishing to choose their own accommodation but want to attend the retreat.

This package is ideal for people who either live locally and want to travel every day, or who wish to choose their own accommodation. We will still provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, teas and soft drinks. You will also be welcome to use the swimming pool, tennis courts, and grounds.

You will still have access to the full psychological package as outlined including individual life mapping, intensive EMDR and psychoeducation work on emotions, cognitions and positive psychology.

Fee

The total cost is £1250 - €1437.

Deposit

Payment in full is due when booking and this will secure your place but also entitle you to an individual session before the retreat for assessment, and life mapping. These places are strictly limited.
