Events & Workshops
Our events and workshops offer an accessible way to experience Lumeah.
Set in beautiful spaces and delivered through an evidence-based psychological lens, they are designed for people who want thoughtful, practical support around topics such as anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, emotional wellbeing, and the nervous system.
These are not high-pressure workshops. They are warm, intelligent, carefully held experiences that offer insight, practical tools, and space to reflect. There is no enforced participation, but there is room to join in, and a safe space to explore.
Read all about them here and then head over to the bookings page if you want to get booked on.

Four psychology-led days. Four different areas of focus. One connected journey.
Our Lumeah day experiences have been designed to work together, but each day also stands completely on its own.
That means you can choose the day that speaks to you most, come for two or three, or join us for all four and experience the full journey.
Time & Location
October 20, 21, 22, and 23rd 2026
About the events
Across the programme, we explore regulation, patterns, boundaries and values — four areas that are deeply interconnected. Because it is difficult to change a pattern when your nervous system is constantly overwhelmed. It is difficult to hold a boundary when guilt, fear or old relationship roles take over. And it is difficult to build a life around your values when you have spent years surviving, people-pleasing, striving or doing what everyone else needs from you.
Each day approaches a different part of that picture, giving you space to understand yourself more deeply while also learning practical ways to create change.
And we do it in a setting that feels very different from a clinic or classroom. You will spend the day in a beautiful Mediterranean villa in Nerja, surrounded by sea views, calm spaces and room to step away from everyday life. You can enjoy the pool, play tennis, or just walk in the private grounds and enjoy the spectacular views.
The days are led by experienced psychological and wellbeing professionals, bringing together clinical psychology, evidence-based therapeutic approaches and carefully chosen restorative experiences.
Depending on the day, you may experience psychology-led teaching, EMDR-informed work, nervous-system resourcing, yoga, breathwork, sound baths, sensory experiences, creative therapy, guided reflection, practical skills and plenty of time to stop, think and simply be.
And then there is the food. Each day includes a beautiful chef-prepared lunch, created as part of the experience rather than treated as an afterthought.
Choosing to stay for dinner gives the day a different ending.
Rather than finishing the final session and immediately returning to everyday life, you can stay, eat together, reflect on what has come up during the day and spend time with the people you have shared the experience with.
Those conversations matter.
There is something powerful about sitting around a table with people who may have arrived as strangers that morning, sharing good food, talking about what you have learned and allowing new connections to form naturally.
You can choose to add on extras to the day such as facials and massages.
Come for one day because there is something specific you want to work on.
Choose two or three because several themes resonate.
Or experience all four and follow the journey from understanding how you regulate, through recognising your patterns and boundaries, to reconnecting with the values you want your life to be built around.
You do not have to commit to the whole programme.
You simply choose where you want to begin.
Regulation. Patterns. Boundaries. Values.
Four different days, designed to help you understand more about yourself — and what you might want to do differently next.
This is educational and not a replacement for individual therapy.
Day one - October 20th
Regulation day is for those who are tired of living in stress mode.
If you feel anxious, burnt out, emotionally overloaded, constantly switched on, or as though your body no longer knows how to relax, this day is designed to help you understand why. Through psychology-led teaching, nervous system resourcing, EMDR, and restorative practices, you will begin to make sense of what stress has been doing to your mind and body, and start building a greater sense of steadiness, safety, and self-understanding.
Alongside a beautiful freshly prepared lunch, the day includes:
• Psychology-led teaching on the nervous system and emotional regulation
• Understanding stress responses, how the body responds to perceived threat and why you can become stuck in “threat mode”
• EMDR-informed work and psychological resourcing to build a greater sense of safety and stability
• A sensory masterclass exploring practical grounding and regulation techniques
• Safe place work and learning how to use imagery to support emotional regulation
• Breathwork and practical techniques to help regulate the nervous system
• Yoga suitable for all levels
• A restorative sound bath
• Space to slow down, rest, reflect and reset
Added extras for the day include massage and facial treatments and you can choose to stay and join us for a three course evening meal, reflecting on the day with new found friends.

Day two: October 21st
Patterns day is for those who are tired of finding themselves in the same situations, relationships or emotional cycles, even when they know they want something different.
If you notice yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, withdrawing, becoming overly responsible, choosing familiar but unhelpful relationships, striving for perfection, or reacting in ways you later struggle to understand, this day is designed to help you explore where those patterns came from and why they can be so difficult to change. Through psychology-led teaching, experiential exercises and reflective work, you will begin to recognise the beliefs, coping strategies and relationship patterns that may once have protected you but could now be keeping you stuck.
Alongside a beautiful freshly prepared lunch, the day includes:
Here’s a combined version that removes the duplication but keeps the psychological depth:
• Psychology-led teaching on how patterns develop, how early experiences shape beliefs, coping strategies and relationships, and why familiar patterns can feel so difficult to change
• EMDR-informed work to explore experiences, beliefs and emotional responses that may sit underneath recurring patterns
• Guided personal pattern mapping to connect triggers → thoughts → emotions → behaviours → consequences
• Exploring the roles, coping strategies and responses you may have learned over time — including patterns that may once have protected you but may now be keeping you stuck
• Inner-child and developmental work
• Creative and art-based psychological exercises to explore your patterns in a different way
• Exploring what you can begin thinking, feeling or doing differently
• Yoga suitable for all levels
• A restorative sound bath
• Space to stop, reflect, integrate what you have learned and consider what you want to change next
Added extras for the day include massage and facial treatments, and you can choose to stay and join us for a three-course evening meal, reflecting on the day with new-found friends.

Day three: October 22nd
Boundaries day is for those who are tired of saying yes when they want to say no.
If you find yourself people-pleasing, over-explaining, feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, avoiding conflict, tolerating too much, or feeling guilty whenever you put yourself first, this day is designed to help you understand why boundaries can feel so difficult. Through psychology-led teaching and experiential work, you will explore how early relationships, attachment, fear of rejection, guilt and learned roles can shape the boundaries you have today — and begin learning how to protect your wellbeing without shutting people out.
Alongside a beautiful freshly prepared lunch, the day includes:
• Psychology-led teaching on how boundaries develop, where they come from and why they can feel so difficult to hold
• Exploring how attachment, early relationships, learned roles, people-pleasing and fear of rejection can shape your boundaries
• EMDR-informed work to explore the beliefs, fears and previous experiences that can make setting boundaries feel unsafe
• Practical exercises to help you identify your own limits and recognise when they are being crossed
• Understanding the difference between healthy responsibility and taking responsibility for other people’s feelings
• Learning to say no and communicate your needs clearly without over-explaining, apologising or abandoning your own needs
• Working with the guilt, fear and anxiety that can arise when you begin setting boundaries
• Exploring what happens when other people do not like, accept or respect your limits
• Boxing-based experiential work exploring personal space, confidence, assertiveness and the experience of physically holding your ground
• Practising more confident, compassionate and effective ways of communicating
• Yoga suitable for all levels
• A restorative sound bath
• Space to reflect, practise and consider where stronger boundaries could make a meaningful difference in your relationships and everyday life
Added extras for the day include massage and facial treatments, and you can choose to stay and join us for a three-course evening meal, reflecting on the day with new-found friends.

Day four: October 23rd
Values day is for those who have become so busy coping, achieving or taking care of everyone else that they are no longer quite sure what they want for themselves.
If life has started to feel as though you are simply getting through it, following expectations, ticking boxes or living according to what you think you should be doing, this day is designed to help you reconnect with what genuinely matters to you. Through psychology-led teaching, reflective exercises and experiential work, you will explore the difference between goals and values, identify what you want your life to stand for, and begin noticing where fear, habit, perfectionism or other people’s expectations may have pulled you away from the person you want to be.
Alongside a beautiful freshly prepared lunch, the day includes:
• Psychology-led teaching on values, identity, psychological flexibility and what it means to live in a way that feels genuinely aligned
• Exploring the difference between values, goals, expectations and the things you feel you “should” be doing
• Identifying what genuinely matters to you underneath roles, responsibilities and other people’s expectations
• EMDR-informed work to explore beliefs or past experiences that may be keeping you stuck or disconnected from what matters to you
• Guided values exploration to identify the areas of life that feel most important to you now
• Reflective work exploring how fear, perfectionism, people-pleasing and habit can quietly influence major life choices and pull you away from your own wants and needs
• Exploring where your current life feels aligned with your values — and where it does not
• Creative and mindfulness-based exercises to help you reconnect with identity, meaning and direction rather than living on autopilot
• Future-focused work exploring the kind of life, relationships and choices you want to move towards
• Practical ways of translating your values into meaningful everyday choices and actions
• Yoga suitable for all levels
• A restorative sound bath
• Space to stop, reflect, reconnect with yourself and consider what you may want to do differently
This is not about creating another list of things you should achieve.
It is about beginning to build a life that feels more connected to who you are and what genuinely matters to you.
Added extras for the day include massage and facial treatments, and you can choose to stay and join us for a three-course evening
