Set in beautiful spaces and delivered through an evidence-based psychological lens, they are designed for people who want thoughtful, practical support around topics such as anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, emotional wellbeing, and the nervous system.

These are not high-pressure workshops. They are warm, intelligent, carefully held experiences that offer insight, practical tools, and space to reflect. There is no enforced participation, but there is room to join in, and a safe space to explore.

About the event
Do you struggle with anxiety, or ever get overwhelmed and want to know why? And what you can do about it? Then join us for a calming and informative morning designed to help you better understand your nervous system and learn practical ways to manage. Includes workbook, drinks and light tapas.
This psychology-led event combines evidence-based psychological knowledge with Lumeah’s holistic approach to wellbeing, helping you make sense of your nervous system in a way that feels practical, compassionate, and genuinely useful in everyday life. You will gain a clearer understanding of why anxiety and overwhelm can feel so powerful, what is happening in the body when stress builds, and how to begin supporting yourself in more grounded and effective ways.
Led by a UK registered Doctor of Psychology, this experience places professional psychological understanding at the centre, while also recognising the importance of working with the body, not just the mind. The focus is not simply on talking about anxiety, but on learning strategies that can help you regulate, settle, and respond differently when stress begins to rise.
Whether you are someone who often feels anxious, overloaded, emotionally depleted, or simply curious to understand yourself more deeply, this event offers a gentle and practical introduction to nervous system informed wellbeing.
This is educational and not a replacement for individual therapy.
