Package
The full package includes transport from and to Malaga airport or locally (limits apply), full board accommodation including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, teas and soft drinks in a shared room with en-suite facilities. This might suit individuals who already know each other and want to come together, for those who find staying alone unhelpful, or for those looking for a more economical choice. Use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and grounds.
Full psychological package as outlined including individual life mapping, intensive EMDR and psychoeducation work on emotions, cognitions and positive psychology. One luxury facial, one full body massage, daily yoga teaching and practice, and a range of daily holistic events including physical and somatic work, art therapy, and a catamaran tour (weather permitting).
Fee
The total cost is £5500 (excluding flights) - €6350.
Deposit
A deposit of £1500 (€1700) is required on booking. This will secure your place but also entitle you to two online individual sessions before the retreat for assessment, and life mapping which is an essential element of the psychological work for the retreat. The balance of the fee is due ten weeks before the retreat (a payment plan is available if required).
