Full package - own accommodation
For those living in around Nerja, Spain, or for those wishing to choose their own accommodation but want to attend the retreat.
This package is ideal for people who either live locally and want to travel every day, or who wish to choose their own accommodation. We will still provide lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, teas and soft drinks. You will also be welcome to use the swimming pool, tennis courts, and grounds.
You will still have access to the full psychological package as outlined including individual life mapping, intensive EMDR and psychoeducation work on emotions, cognitions and positive psychology. One luxury facial, one full body massage, daily yoga teaching and practice, and a range of daily holistic events including physical and somatic work, art therapy, and a catamaran tour (weather permitting).
Fee
The total cost is £4500 - €5200.
Deposit
A deposit of £1500 (€1700) is required on booking. This will secure your place but also entitle you to two online individual sessions before the retreat for assessment, and life mapping which is an essential element of the psychological work for the retreat.
The balance of the fee is due ten weeks before the retreat (a payment plan is available if required).
