About the event
Full psychological package as outlined including individual life mapping, intensive EMDR and psychoeducation work on emotions, cognitions and positive psychology. One luxury facial, one full body massage, daily yoga teaching and practice, and a range of daily holistic events including physical and somatic work, and art therapy. The full use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and grounds.
Fees
The total cost is £1250 - €1437.
Deposit
Payment in full is due when booking and this will secure your place but also entitle you to two online individual sessions before the retreat for assessment, and life mapping which is an essential element of the psychological work for the retreat. These places are strictly limited.
